Healthcare Associates is a rapidly growing recruitment agency that specializes in healthcare positions. We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our successful team.


You need to be a knowledgeable professional in the specific requirements of the healthcare industry and feel comfortable interacting with candidates for clerical, ancillary, or clinical roles.


As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client base. Your contribution to our team of experts will be vital for the ongoing success of our specialized recruiting agency.


Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Servicing an existing client base and acquiring new clients
  • Developing and posting job advertisements in targeted media
  • Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
  • Presenting candidate shortlists to clients
  • Managing and expanding a database of leads

Required Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of two years experience as a Staffing Healthcare Recruiter
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare sector
  • Proficient in interview techniques, assessment methods, and candidate selection
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Sales acumen and a customer-oriented approach
  • Attentive to detail
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
