Job Description:

As a GOTV Director, you'll collaborate across departments to lead and coordinate direct voter contact initiatives. Your role is crucial in executing a successful GOTV program to support Democratic candidates at every level.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the statewide GOTV plan in coordination with various team leaders.
  • Supervise logistics planning with the Operations team to ensure necessary resources are ready for victory.
  • Manage a team of GOTV staff for program preparation, including packet production and relational organizing.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align efforts towards GOTV goals and program requirements.
  • Monitor and address all GOTV needs throughout the campaign.
  • Support paid Direct Voter Contact initiatives.
  • Participate in canvassing and election preparation activities outside regular work hours.

  • Access to reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.
