Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Full Time Nutrition Care Coordinator/Registered Dietitian position.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical nutritional and wellness care to residents via visitation, observation, nutritional assessment, medical records documentation, and group or individual education for our residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and state licensure, if required to practice in the state where employed
Minimum of one year related clinical experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
