We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with a strong consulting background.

• Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
• Position: Full-time and Contract
• Key Requirements:

• Expertise in CMDB & Discovery
• Experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, including discovery event management, service mapping, and configuration management CMDB
• Integration experience with external systems like AD, SCCM, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, B2B, etc.
• Installation, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow software products, focusing on ITOM products
• Development of custom software solutions through scripting and software development
• Familiarity with network monitoring connectors like SCOM, Netcool, SolarWinds, and HPOM
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, or Shell
• Knowledge of web services including REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Understanding of networking concepts like IP Addressing, Firewalls, and ports
• Code and develop customized patterns, probes, and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping
• Strong understanding of Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Collaboration with stakeholders to address challenges and agree on improved system and operational solutions
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, JavaScript, and scripting languages like PowerShell
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
