We are seeking a Dental Equipment Trainer who is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills and dental industry knowledge to educate end users on product use and advancements effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to develop training materials on equipment use for end users.
- Assess training needs and develop new programs or enhance existing ones to meet organizational goals.
- Deliver, review, and maintain training curricula to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing product-related support.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and company processes.
- Participate in special projects assigned by management.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent dental industry experience (minimum 4 years).
- Strong understanding of learning principles and application in training.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible schedules.
- Experience as a dental hygienist preferred; knowledge of Dental CBCT or implant training is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and emotional intelligence valued over extensive Learning & Development (L&D) experience.
- Dental hygienist experience.
- Dental CBCT or implant training experience.
