U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking an Electrician in Philadelphia, PA.
We are looking for three Electricians for the following shifts:
- Various days 8am-4pm
- Various days 4pm-12am
- Various days midnight - 8am
**Responsibilities include:**
- Install, maintain, and repair all commercial building electrical, digital, analog, and related systems
- Knowledge and experience of building automation system, including calibrations as required
- Perform other trades work when needed
- Work overtime during scheduled preventive maintenance shutdowns and emergencies
DUTIES:
- Perform electrical work for installation and maintenance of equipment and systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical distribution systems equipment
- Electrical installation of Main Building Activation Kits
- Install and modify various volt circuits for different systems and lighting
- Make computations for determining wiring and equipment requirements
- Perform electrical repairs and relamping of fixtures
- Inspect, maintain, and repair control systems
- Utilize work order tracking system for electrical jobs
- Respond to and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Must be a team player and willing to perform other duties as required
**Requirements:**
- Possess a current active State of PA electrical license or Journeyman equivalent with a minimum of six years experience
- 5 years of field experience, trade school, or apprenticeship
- Electrical certification up to 480 Volts
- Full knowledge of National Electrical Code, local codes, and building standards
- Ability to work independently or with supervision, read blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Familiar with safe tools and equipment handling
- Knowledgeable and compliant with OSHA safety practices
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and outside contractors/vendors
- Valid Driver's License
