Responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Order Selectors **are **responsible for filling orders to supply retail stores, including palletizing, wrapping products, and/or loading trucks
- **They are also expected to** Maintain quality and performance standards
- **Encourage and support a** team-focused environment
- **Ensure the** safety and cleanliness of the facility
- **Undertake any **other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- **A** solid work history and excellent attendance record
- **Ability to **stand and lift items for extended periods
- **Capacity **to work in all warehouse environments
- **Preferred **experience in utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts
- **Able **to demonstrate proper lifting techniques and handle loads up to 100 pounds
- **A **dedication to **stay focused** without constant supervision
- **A **positive attitude **and the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues
- **May **require basic reading and math skills
