We are looking for team members who will serve compassionately, contribute & collaborate, deliver quality and be accountable.
What We DoOhioMHAS operates regional psychiatric hospitals in six locations across the state that operate 365/24/7. Our specialized facilities provide short-term, intensive treatment to patients in both inpatient and community-supported environments. We also deliver comprehensive care to patients committed through the criminal justice system.

Salary Information$1,000.00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $500.00 paid at 120 days, $500.00 paid at 365 days. No contract or length of terms
- $24.39 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $25.45 per hour
- Additional $.60 per hour shift differential for afternoon and evening shifts
- Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service
Day, afternoon, and evening shifts available, weekend rotation
These positions receive a minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract.

The Job Opportunity and Duties
What You Will Do- Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals
- Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication
- Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation
- Serve in a fundamental role as a multi-disciplinary team member that creates a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation
