ROLE OVERVIEW:

If you join Bath Creek Estates, your main responsibility will involve maintaining a clean environment, including resident rooms and public areas, to ensure a positive living space for residents, as directed by the supervisor. You will also be expected to adhere to health and safety protocols, as well as housekeeping standards.

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma/equivalent
  • Proficient in English with the ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work well with a team and follow directions
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexible availability based on work requirements
  • Ability to maintain a safe workplace environment

Previous Experience:

  • Relevant experience necessary for the role
  • Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial

Shift Details & Compensation:

  • Full-Time & Part-Time positions open
  • Day shifts availability
  • Compensation: $16.00 per hour
