Responsibilities
- Perform job functions in assigned area as needed, providing lead direction to operating crews
- Assist in limited supervisor duties when needed
- Train warehouse workers in various tasks
- Execute supervisory tasks, ensure compliance with Company policies, and enforce personnel policies
- Maintain warehouse sanitation standards and recommend solutions to problems
- Perform warehouse worker duties as required with honesty and integrity
Qualifications
- Ability to lift products up to 60 lbs., with good balance, coordination, and manual dexterity
- Capable of physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and operating warehouse equipment
- Mental alertness and ability to learn proper selection procedures, shipping techniques, and computerized inventory procedures
- Awareness of potential hazards and exposure to workplace conditions
