Day to day responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and direction by maximizing financial returns
• Driving development of people
• Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience
• Executing on brand standards
• Building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the property with responsibility for guest and employee satisfaction
• Managing human resources and financial performance
• Initiating actions to support property revenue goals
• Analyzing and communicating property performance
• Implementing budgets, sales plans, and forecasts
• Identifying and implementing creative marketing solutions
• Acting as a public relations representative for the hotel and brand
• Participating in the local community and building relationships
• Establishing and implementing programs that exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining compliance with brand and service standards
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues
• Being environmentally conscious and minimizing the hotel's carbon footprint
• Performing other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Five to ten years of prior hotel management experience or equivalent
