Position Overview

Be part of a rapidly growing brokerage by joining as a Commercial Account Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to manage clients' insurance programs and ensure the accuracy of account information for new and renewed policies, endorsements, and audits. You will also handle billing invoicing efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Keep precise client data to provide daily support and address intermediate-level client inquiries effectively.
  • Organize files with precise records according to company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
  • Examine all premium audits following agency guidelines, emphasizing prompt processing.
  • Check accounts receivable reports for designated accounts to enhance client retention.
  • Apply technical knowledge to guarantee timely receipt of carrier quotes; review quotes for any discrepancies and assist with carrier questions.
  • Engage in training sessions and engage in self-directed learning to consistently improve industry and technical skills.
  • Contribute to building strong business relationships with relevant insurance carrier staff, recognizing and meeting carrier goals to reinforce partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in servicing small business accounts
  • Experience with construction and agriculture accounts.
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Familiarity with AMS360
