Your responsibilities will involve conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. You will use your technical expertise to maintain and improve our quality management systems, contributing to the overall success of our products and services.

Introducing the job:

What you will do:

· Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.

· Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

· Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Maintain accurate documentation of quality records, including test results, inspection reports, and quality assurance documents.

· Assist in the development and revision of quality standards and specifications.

· Participate in quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures. of project goals.

· What you will bring:

· Must be able to work with all levels of personnel internally, including shop personnel, administration, engineering, ect.

· Willingness to learn new processes & techniques.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 system preferred

· Require good mechanical aptitude.

· Computer skills preferred, experience or willingness to learn Microsoft Office specific to Excel

· Must have desire for implementing of skills which ultimately provide excellent inspections and furnish process for continuous quality

improvements & ultimately increased Customer satisfaction.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes

· Ability to read drawings

· Ability to operate and read precision measuring tools such as dial/digital micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers

This role may involve extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment.
