The General Manager will direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, quality, maintenance, and financials.
MUST HAVE's:
Must be a highly motivated and proven leader.
Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field.
Ten (10)+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing facility.
Ten (10)+ years of leadership experience at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to create and leads teams to drive change.
Experience in managing operations
