Cloud Imperium Games, a pioneer in the gaming industry, is on the lookout for an Associate Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate all operational aspects related to sales activities, including new product launches, pricing strategies, physical merchandise, and vendor relationships to boost revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals, ensuring a unified approach and message.
  • Supervise, assess, and refine sales procedures, task automation, tool integration, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and uphold Sales team databases, documentation, and protocols.
  • Engage with various departments to synchronize sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives and enhance customer interactions.
  • Work alongside Sales Director, Marketing Art team, and vendors to develop and introduce new merchandise that aligns with current trends and brand identity.
  • Partner with the online Publishing team to oversee the release, updates, and removal of e-Commerce products.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Sales team and other relevant departments.
  • Manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Support sales team members by understanding their requirements and offering viable solutions for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in Sales Operations, eCommerce, or similar roles within a Games as a Service framework.
  • Analytical mindset leveraging data for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Creative, reliable, dynamic, and solutions-focused individual.
  • Detailed-oriented with a focus on dates, timelines, and costs.
  • Proficient in sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment emphasizing flexibility and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Confluence, JIRA, AirTable, Trello, or equivalents.
This position is based at our Austin Studio under Cloud Imperium Games Texas LLC.
