The client services representative position holds a vital role within Angel Aviation Flight School's Client Services Team (CST).

Providing more than just basic administration duties, the Client Services Team strives to assist flight students and flight instructors within every step of their flying journey.

This includes scheduling, billing, instructor pairing, student onboarding and more. The position is built upon intentional communication, excellent customer service, a love for aviation, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate staff members.
Organize and maintain reception area to present a neat and professional appearance.
Assist with day-to-day administrative items for review and approval.
Answer telephone calls and take messages, provide information to callers in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
Conduct sale of airplane rentals and merchandise.
Assist others with administrative projects and perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
Schedule flight training and checkride appointments.
Manage flight student progress.
Manage flight student and flight instructor pairing.
Maintain cleanliness of the conference room and assist as needed for preparation of meetings.
Assist with maintenance of the kitchen area, keeping counters clean, dishes washed and put away.
Perform any other duties as assigned by managementWorking conditions include indoor and outdoor environments. While outdoors, you may be subject to site conditions, changes in temperature, weather conditions and noise levels.
