Responsibilities:
- Provide support for MRI Technologists, Radiologists, and administrative staff to ensure optimal MRI safety and patient care.
- Communicate patient history to the MRI Technologist for accurate safety measures, assist with coil positioning, patient screening, and observation during exams.
- Assist with procedures such as coil set-up, schedule maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness in the MRI suite.
Requirements:
- Passionate about patient care with excellent judgement and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Ability to handle complex problems, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a structured approach.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting.
- Completion of an approved MR Technologist Assistant program with clinical training.
- Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
- Capable of assisting in lifting patients onto the table.
- BLS Certification.
