Description

A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is looking for a full-time Associate Clinical Director for AEGD in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for dental patient care and clinical education of AEGD residents to ensure they reach postdoctoral-level clinical competency. The position involves teaching, patient care, scholarly activities, and service support, aligned with the School and University's missions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct teaching, patient care, and service activities
- Provide clinical supervision and lectures for AEGD residents
- Deliver direct patient care supporting clinic operations
- Manage administrative aspects of clinical education
- Engage in scholarly activities in the area of expertise

AEGD Resident Education, Management and Progress: Supervise, mentor, and monitor AEGD residents' progress and clinical goals, ensuring quality patient care and treatment. Assist in program development and accreditation processes. Collaborate with staff for clinic operations and resident support.

Education & Experience:
- Must have a DDS or DMD degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in dental teaching environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in general dentistry practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in general dentistry and advanced techniques
