Welcome to the Outpatient Therapist Opportunity with Arbour Hospital

Join our team remotely, in a hybrid model, or on-site based on your preference. This opportunity offers per diem / fee for service, with potential for full-time caseload and transition to full-time status.

Arbour Hospital has been dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service excellence in specialized behavioral health services to patients and families in the greater Boston area since 1909. Our experienced psychiatrists provide a strong foundation for our patient-centered approach to behavioral healthcare, offering a wide range of vital services to the community. We focus on treating primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, tailored to individual behavioral health needs, through inpatient treatment, aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.

We are seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Mental Health Clinicians for our outpatient clinic, preferably with experience in:

  • Children and Adolescents
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Spanish Speaking providers
  • Adult Outpatient

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
  • Support clients collaboratively with medical service providers, state agencies, crisis services, and community resources
  • Manage personal schedule efficiently

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling eligible for Massachusetts clinical licensure
  • Current licensure eligibility required
  • Preferably current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PHD
  • Must be a Massachusetts resident
