The Engineering Prototyping & Fabrication department is seeking System Engineers to work in an engineering environment to co-develop engineering hardware in accordance with customer and internal requirements, as well as industry standards.

Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication, and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Flight Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a test range.


  • Creating and/or support with technical data packages (systems / mechanical / electrical drawings)
  • Troubleshooting issues and anomalies with hardware and/or software, to identify root cause and implement and verify solutions.
  • Utilize CAD software tools (CREO, Mentor Graphics etc.).
*Systems installation, integration, and test experience.

  • Communicate with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
*Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 12 months or less relevant professional work experience.

  • Active and transferrable US Government issued Secret Clearance is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
*Active and in-scope US security clearance of Secret or higher.

  • Experience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
  • Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets, including the application of scripting or automation to data collection and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
