Floor Technician

The Floor Technician maintains assigned patient and non-patient areas in a clean and sanitary condition by performing specialized cleaning tasks, which involve operating heavy-duty equipment and using special cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Stripping and waxing floors
• Cleaning carpets maintenance of the floors
• Cleaning stairs
• ScrubbingAssist other Floor Technicians in the proper manner of stripping and polishing floors, cleaning carpet, cleaning base, not allowing wax or materials to flow under doorsAssist in assisting Floor Technicians in time and area planning to complete assignments in the specified timesEnsures that the floor technicians maintain and clean their assigned equipment. . - Floor cleaning experience at a hospital or healthcare company- Recent Floor care experience within any type of industry- Experience maintaining floors and cleaning different surfaces- Comfortable in a role where cleaning, waxing, and maintenance care will be your primary function- Reliable transportation and comfortable commute to the hospital- Able to work the 8pm-5am shift
