We are looking for an experienced psychiatric nursing professional to fill the role of RN House Supervisor. If you have a strong calling to serve those struggling with mental health and addiction issues, we want you on our team

As the RN House Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to improve the lives of our patients.

Here are some key aspects of the role:

  • Three 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends
  • Contributing to hospital objectives and performance improvement efforts
  • Overseeing daily nursing operations for two units
  • Assisting in process improvement and engagement initiatives

Position Summary:

- Provides oversight for a 48-bed hospital

- Serves as a resource to direct care staff

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience: Two years as a Registered Nurse with acute psychiatric and management experience preferred
