Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize break areas and bathrooms, empty trash, and restock paper products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of floors by mopping, washing, buffing, and vacuuming, including tiled areas in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Dust and clean glass surfaces as needed.
  • Handle recycling materials appropriately.
  • Wash dishes either by hand or using dishwashers, as well as monitor and restock cleaning supplies and pantry items.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company's mission, values, code of ethics, and policies.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of janitorial experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and in various areas as needed.
