This position is ON-Site, not a remote position.

This position is responsible for leading and supporting effective and sustainable WMS/IMS customer integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

  • Develop strategic procedure for WMS/IMS integration according to scope and timeline of project(s).
  • Provides on-going communication to Key stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop and implement internal compliance metrics.
  • Interfaces with leadership on escalation resolution and has a strong ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions to ensure consistent quality of service delivery.
  • Develops and implement robust WMS/IMS training and communication plans for all applicable staff.
  • Proactively identifies scenarios for training and ensures readiness for training and assists with coordinating training efforts.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Follows policies and procedures.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience with transportation or warehouse/inventory systems required.
  • Team-player who prides themselves on providing stellar customer service.
  • Strong proficiency with Oracle NetSuite ERP, focusing on WMS/IMS functionality required.
  • Experience with business transactions for Customers and Trading Partners with API and EDI integrations.
  • Experience with the supply chain business process
  • Willing to take on assignments with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – comfortable with public speaking/presentations.
  • Proficient or advanced in all Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sharp attention to detail including accurate data and numbers.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work in order to productively and efficiently meet deadlines.
  • Professional presence with the ability to help diffuse difficult situations and problem solve effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours across all shifts, weekends, etc. based upon business and project operational demands.
  • May be required to operate across various locations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
