Staffing Ratios: 1:1-2

Unit Information: 23 bed Cardiac ICU. ranked per USNWR #5 in the nation and #1 in Midwest for last 2 years. Care for complex heart patients, VAD patients, heart transplant program.

All Other RN Specialties within 50 miles are accepted at a lower rate.
