Job Purpose

Seeking individuals with experience in live video production to help with the production of Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and other events at Chase Field. Candidates should have professional experience in a fast-paced live production environment and a strong knowledge and passion for baseball. Available Positions:

• Technical Director
• Video Playback
• CG Operator
• Instant Replay & Highlight Editor
• Video Engineer
• Fixed Camera Operator
• Wireless Camera Operator
• Audio Engineer

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Prior experience in Sports Live Production or entertainment environment
• Previous knowledge and operation of studio cameras, video playback devices, video switchers, replay systems, or audio mixers is required
• Proficiency with EVS XT3, Ross Xpression, Sony 8000 Switcher, and Ross Kiva or Click Effects Crossfire is a bonus
• Experience in video control room or live production in sports or entertainment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong baseball knowledge preferred; general baseball knowledge required, including familiarity with baseball statistics
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure; take personal responsibility for completing tasks professionally
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision
• Professional attitude and openness to project changes
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends, as the position primarily operates during D-backs home games and events outside normal business hours
