Position Summary:

We are seeking a lively CNA CTT Instructor to be part of our Career Technical Training (CTT) team. As an instructor, your role is pivotal in offering practical training and theoretical knowledge to students pursuing healthcare careers. Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging instruction in nursing theory and practical CNA training.
  • Develop and update curriculum materials to align with industry standards.
  • Organize and oversee clinical training for students in a supportive environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams and ongoing monitoring.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and foster relationships with healthcare facilities.
  • Create a positive classroom atmosphere to encourage student engagement and participation.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting yearly salary at $65,000 with room for negotiation based on your qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and more.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current MS RN License in Pennsylvania in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a focus on long-term care.

Requirements:

  • Completion of adult teaching and learning concepts course or equivalent experience.
  • Experience teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants.
