  • Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
  • Work in the Specialized Labor and Delivery Unit.
  • Full-time day shifts at Dell Children's Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care following established policies and protocols at the healthcare organization.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition.
  • Coordinate patient care across disciplines.
  • Follow physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning.


Requirements:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Must obtain BLS Provider within 30 days of hire.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Preferably certified in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program and Neonatal Resuscitation.
Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure required.


Additional Preferences:

At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
