Patient Details:

  • 18 year old male
  • Status post tracheostomy decannulation/care
  • Nebulizer treatments
  • G tube and PO feedings/medications
  • Assist in prescribed PT/OT Therapies

Patient narrative:
Patient is an remarkable 18 year-old male who loves engaging with his family and friends. He is ambulatory, verbal, and loves anything related to sports. He has primary diagnoses of Tracheomalacia (status-post decannulation), Congenital Kyphosis, Scoliosis, GERD, and an Orthopedic Surgical History. Looking for a nurse who will work with patient both at home and to accompany to school when necessary. Nurse must have good assessment skills be very infection-control conscious as patient is immunocompromised.
