Starting Salary Range: 60K-65K

Shift Hours:
Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:30pm with additional OT and/or weekends as needed.

Heres who were looking for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Department Supervisor will:
Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to Warehouse Associates accordingly to ensure coverage of workloads.

Monitor warehouse operations and productivity of staff.

Use data management systems to achieve accuracy and integrity of shipments, receipts and inventory. Proficiency with computers and software are a necessity.

Help train associates in all operation-related tasks and maintain a well-disciplined and SAFE workplace.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals set forth by customer and NOTS Logistics management.

Maintain a professional manner while keeping a positive attitude.

Monitor warehouse operations and productivity of staff while having a passion for innovative solutions and process improvements.

Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.

Adhere to the NLGA Code of Ethics and Business Conduct at all times.

Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies. Enforce all necessary NOTS work instructions/procedures as necessary for safety compliance


Communicate effectively and efficiently in a timely manner; cultivate and maintain effective communication with the customer, coworkers and other members of the leadership team.

Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary by company management

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads

Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues

Clear knowledge of warehouse operations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Integrity, management, and leadership skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Proficiency in inventory and/or invoice software

WMS and SAP experience preferred

Working knowledge of OSHA best practices

At least 2 years of experience in the logistics industry, military or other related field
