Eminent Mission:

The position of Gucci Manager, Retail Client Engagement and Development in Costa Mesa holds a critical role in enhancing the client experience, directly affecting each client interacted with by the store. As the Manager for Retail Client Engagement and Development, you will support Client Advisors in nurturing strong client relationships and instilling luxury clienteling behaviors. This key role within the store management team involves coordinating the implementation of clienteling initiatives and tools to facilitate authentic and seamless connections with clients. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional training and coaching to the sales teams on clienteling skills tailored to individual needs and optimizing specific expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Client Advisors to drive business growth; Track and develop top clients, focusing on top two hundred and high potential clients; Ensure Client Advisors cultivate relationships, plan touch points, outreach, and set appointments/consignments; Foster strong relationships with all store personnel to ensure exceptional customer service; Develop strategies to enhance customer traffic and client development; Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs); Lead corporate sales and tourist development programs; Identify and expand client lists for consignment business and client growth; Maintain inventory accuracy; Collaborate with charities to boost brand awareness; Implement and evolve store clienteling initiatives and top client strategy for meeting business objectives; Enhance and retain client loyalty, meeting data capture goals; Conduct coaching sessions with employees and management to review clienteling initiatives; Support company events, product launches, and ensure goal achievement; Design in-store training plans with Business Training Manager; Ensure new hires are well-versed in the client experience; Lead training sessions on new product launches and clienteling initiatives; Foster a positive and professional team environment; Attract, recruit, and retain high performing clients; Uphold professional uniform standards.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of retail management experience with clienteling/training background; Strong communication skills, both oral and written; Positive attitude and approach to training; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Flexibility to work including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Multilingual abilities preferred.

Compensation Range – California:

The base salary range for this role in California is estimated between $81,000 USD to $90,000 USD. Additionally, eligible employees can access benefit and incentive programs based on performance and organizational factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k.
