As a CNA, your main responsibilities will include providing direct and indirect patient care following established protocols and caring for adult and geriatric patients under the guidance of an RN (Registered Nurse).

Main Responsibilities:
Undertake basic, routine, and specialized tasks within the designated department under the supervision of a registered nurse. Attend to patients' requirements, assist with mobility, positioning, personal hygiene, elimination, and daily living activities. Transport and transfer patients as needed. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment, prepare patient areas for admissions, clean equipment, restock supplies, and ensure the unit's overall tidiness. Check and maintain sterile supplies where required.
Assist in collecting and accurately recording patient data, vital signs, and nursing procedures. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, attend educational programs for continuous development, and comply with certifications and licensure requirements.
Collaborate effectively within and across departments, participate in committees, and contribute valuable insights and knowledge to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a hospital setting.
Currently enrolled in a nursing school program.
Certification in CPR and CNA.
High School Diploma/GED or completion of a certified nursing assistant program or relevant experience in an acute care environment.
If a nursing student, completion of fundamental nursing courses, clinical rotation, and possess a CNA license.
