Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, actively engaging with community members, businesses, and stakeholders to promote our products and services. Your main goal will be to cultivate meaningful connections, increase awareness, and encourage participation within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaigns: Conduct canvassing campaigns door-to-door and on the street to interact with community members, educate them about our products/services, and generate leads.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and organizations to establish partnerships and support mutual goals.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and promote our offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Track and report key metrics related to outreach activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and community feedback, to assess performance and inform future strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about community needs, trends, and competitor activities through market research and analysis to identify growth and improvement opportunities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
