Responsibilities

  • Receive, confirm, and prepare products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
  • Prepare products for loading
  • Load products onto trucks
  • Unload materials from trucks
  • Transport materials to the warehouse for storage
  • Dispose of waste in dumpsters
  • Ensure quality control by not shipping damaged products and rejecting damaged materials
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to OSHA safety standards
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as stand-up, reach truck, order picker, and sit-down propane forklift
  • Maintain daily logs for PIT
  • Comply with all processes
  • Clean and upkeep work areas
  • Complete other assigned duties

About Crawford

In 1990, Crawford Electric Supply opened its first store in Dallas, TX and began a legacy of excellence. Within five years, the store ranked as the top performer in the twin city market.
