XLA is looking for a GLAAS instructor that can travel to Ghana for 10-14 days and teach GLAAS 101 and 102 courses.

This will be a short-term assignment with the possibility of being called back in the future for additional training locations.

Role Description
This role is for a GLAAS Instructor at XLA. As a GLAAS Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Accra. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating participant performance, and providing feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering training programs
• Strong knowledge of GLAAS (Global Learning and Assessment System)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
• Experience in government services is a plus
