- Starting pay rate of at least $32.53/hr for candidates with no experience (pay rates pending ratification of a new collective bargaining agreement). Pay for experienced hires determined based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18-years of age.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferably sixty (60) semester credits of post high school education.
