The role of a CLEAR Service and Sales Representative (Ambassador) is all about creating seamless experiences for our members, bringing a touch of magic to their day-to-day.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Ambassador for CLEAR, you will be focusing on Security, Service, and Sales:

  • Adhering consistently to security procedures, validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification, and always following security and safety protocols
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, interacting with members, potential customers, and travelers in general
  • Boosting membership enrollments by captivating travelers and showcasing the advantages of CLEAR

Your Strengths

  • Thriving in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment with high volumes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with members, travelers, and colleagues
  • Bringing a positive and dynamic attitude to the table
  • Being a self-driven achiever eager to take on additional tasks and promote CLEAR
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a bonus – we'll provide the necessary training

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Flexibility and open availability are essential – being able to work different shifts
  • Capability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging or governmental screening processes, as well as other associated requirements which may include a drug test
