About The Role

Join G2 to work on solutions using Ruby on Rails and React, emphasizing superior code design and quality.

You Will:
  • Report to an Engineering Manager focused on the delivery team.
  • Develop a high-quality, stable, and well-tested web application.
  • Utilize database skills with a large and expanding dataset.
  • Deliver complete features in short development cycles, covering frontend and backend coding.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, data scientists, developers, and partners.
  • Track metrics alongside essential features to support data-driven decisions.
  • Strike a balance between development tasks and cooperative meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language like Ruby on Rails or JavaScript.
What Can Make Your Application Stand Out:
  • Previous software development teamwork experience or internships.
  • Programming background in a web environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or completion of a bootcamp.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails or React.
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and database skills including SQL in Postgresql.
