This role offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday at our Pacific Tower Administrative Offices. Join our team in Seattle, WA and make a difference in the healthcare industry.



Purpose:
The Patient Contact Center Representative (CCR) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to low-income and underserved populations. As a CCR, you will be the initial point of contact for new and returning patients at Neighborcare Health. Your responsibilities include answering inbound and making outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries and scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced contact center
  • Schedule appointments and provide registration services
  • Offer guidance and information to patients over the phone
  • Resolve patient requests efficiently
  • Ensure accurate documentation of calls
  • Coordinate eligibility and interpreter services
  • Participate in training programs and staff meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of healthcare experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual skills

Compensation:
The wage range for this position is between $19.97 and $26.18 per hour, based on experience.
