16% Night Shift Premium

Overview: As a Quality Inspector/Auditor II for MERRILL, your role involves inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet customer requirements.

Job Functions:

  • Conduct product inspections using standardized methods
  • Verify parts against specifications using various measuring instruments
  • In-training for a Level III inspector
  • Recommend or modify inspection procedures
  • Utilize statistical tools
  • Perform equipment calibration
  • Report necessary information to management for customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of Quality Inspector experience
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment, part drawings, technical math, and materials
  • Basic understanding of sampling, sorting, and containment tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good listener and eager to learn
