**Job Title: General Clerk III at Afognak Native Corporation**

The General Clerk III role at Afognak Native Corporation supports a contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Office of Human Capital and Training (HCT). In this role, you'll provide administrative, facilities management, conference facilitation, and training support services for HCT initiatives.

HCT manages several divisions including the Human Capital and Training Business Center (HCTB), Training & Career Development Division (TCDD), Human Resource Division (HRD), and more. These divisions offer a wide range of programs such as training opportunities, performance management, worker's compensation, and employee resources.

  • Monitor various email boxes and handle inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and manage records.
  • Facilitate the issuance of Personal Identification Verification (PIV) cards.
  • Conduct program research, data analysis, and create reports.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and databases.
  • Support printing initiatives and training material development.

Pay rate: $19.27 hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain USCIS Entry on Duty (EOD).
  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
