  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead the team, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

  • Implement performance tuning and database refactoring strategies.
  • Display exceptional organizational and team skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Develop and support Enterprise Credit Risk ETL platform.
  • Create unit, integration, regression, and performance test scripts/test suites for the framework.
  • Adhere to Agile development processes, including work refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
  • Interact with users and team members, comprehend requirements, and analyze solution options.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to the team, playing a mentor role for junior resources.
  • Engage with the Architecture team as necessary during development and support phases.
  • Participate in proof of concepts (POCs) to assess tools and technologies when required.

Nice to Have Requirements:

  • Desirable skills in Oracle Exadata, Hadoop, SQL, Javascript, React, and full-stack Java.
