We are excited to announce that Parkview Health is looking for a skilled Fellowship Trained Pediatric Neurologist to join the Pediatric Subspecialty Team at our facility.
About the Role:
- Outpatient clinic and inpatient/ED coverage
- 1:2 call schedule: call volume is manageable, and most cases can wait until the next day
- We have strong pediatric hospitalist/intensivists for assistance
- Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, with scheduling coordination with the current Pediatric Neurologist; also includes time for EEG readings
- Opportunities for research at our Parkview Mirro Center for Innovation and Research and in collaboration with Cincinnati Childrens Hospital
- Our team comprises a board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatric neurologist, 2 advanced practice providers, and medical support staff with specialized training and resources to treat various pediatric neurological conditions that may cause developmental delays
- Strong collaboration with a variety of pediatric specialties and pediatric outpatient care
- Located on a campus with 97 beds dedicated to Women's and Children's care: 40 Family Birthing, 34 NICU, 16 Pediatrics, and 7 PICU
- Our pediatric specialists work closely with, the #3 ranked pediatric hospital in the US, to provide access to the nation's top pediatric experts in northeast Indiana
- We prioritize children's well-being and offer a comforting environment with specially designed pediatric rooms to ensure a reassuring stay for young patients and their families
- We provide expert care for children of all ages, offering multiple pediatric specialties including Pediatric Anesthesia, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric ENT, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and more
- Our compassionate team of experienced physicians, skilled nurses, and clinical staff guarantee that each child receives top-quality care and attention
- We value family-centered care during and after the child's stay
