The Strategic Talent Group:

Join the Strategic Talent Group (STG) at UF HR's Talent Acquisition and Onboarding unit, a team of expert consultants dedicated to enhancing recruitment services on campus. Collaborate with colleges and units to attract top talent and foster a culture of excellence.

As a Talent Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the University of Florida's future success by developing innovative recruitment strategies and engaging passive candidates in the competitive executive talent market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute full cycle talent acquisition services with a focus on sourcing passive candidates and managing logistics for executive and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide administrative support to campus partners throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer guidance and training on best hiring practices to search chairs and committees.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive networking and relationship building.
  • Enhance UF's visibility as an employer of choice through events and networking activities.
  • Participate in strategic programs that promote talent acquisition best practices.
Salary:
54,000.00

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sourcing talent in higher education.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to customer service and relationship building.
  • Experience mentoring stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in public speaking.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
