Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team in Madison, IN.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a surgical setting, demonstrating proficiency in assisting surgeons during procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in the management of anesthesia during surgery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an
  OR RN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to work 10hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
