  • Responsibilities include assisting in patient care under RN direction
  • Aid surgical team during procedures by organizing sterile set-up and passing items
  • Assist in patient preparation, movement, and operating room cleaning
  • Provide additional support as a patient care tech when not in the OR
  • Required to follow directions and meet department standards under RN supervision
  • Need to possess emotional maturity and perform effectively under stress
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a requirement
  • BLS certification is mandatory
  • Certified Surgical Technologist designation is preferred
  • Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of Surgical Tech experience
