Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent with over 5 years of work experience.
  • More than 6 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, showcasing strong Java expertise.
  • Proficiency in Java 8, including Lambdas, Streams, Completable Future, Optional, and generics.
  • Hands-on experience implementing various system integration solutions like APIs, Data integration layers (Batch & Real-Time), databases, asynchronous messaging, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with relational databases such as DB2 or PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases like Couchbase.
  • Proficient in building Event Driven applications using Apache KAFKA.
  • Skilled in the development of asynchronous Reactive Microservices.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture principles like microservices, service meshes, and API gateways.
  • Experience working with software development and collaboration tools like GitHub, Jira/Rally, and Confluence.
