We are seeking a Part-Time Optometry Assistant to join our team in the Nashville, Tennessee area with a travel radius up to about 2 hours.

Paid drive time and mileage stipend Any drive over 2 hours (about 100 miles) will be eligible for an overnight stay with hotel and meal allowance.

This role pays between $16.00 to $20.00 per hour plus fifty cents per mile and is for two days per week between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with scheduling sent two - three weeks in advance.

Travel varies throughout the week and the month, and no experience is needed We are willing to train the right person

Duties:
Arrive before the doctor to get the clinic set up at the facility.
Transport patients to and from the exam area at the facility.
Assist the doctor with vision pretesting, working with glasses and scribing as needed.

Requirements:
Entry Level - Training Provided
Current Valid Driver's License
1 year relevant work history, preferably in long term/senior care.
