Tecnología Moderna - Consultor de Anaplan

Como Consultor centrado en Anaplan dentro de la Práctica de Modernización Tecnológica, ayudarás a las organizaciones a dar forma e implementar de manera proactiva su estrategia general de cadena de suministro y las iniciativas de apoyo.

Específicamente en la interacción con los clientes, jugarás un papel clave en la entrega de compromisos de cadena de suministro y trabajarás con directores ejecutivos de cadena de suministro, directores de operaciones, directores financieros y otros líderes senior de clientes para demostrar tu experiencia en la materia de cadena de suministro a medida que buscamos ayudarles a implementar soluciones de cadena de suministro en apoyo de su estrategia de cadena de suministro más amplia y el objetivo de crear valor.

Tu día a día puede incluir:

  • Liderar la delimitación inicial del proyecto, la priorización de casos de uso y el desarrollo de la hoja de ruta para la planificación conectada
  • Apoyar la recopilación de requisitos, el diseño funcional, la creación de prototipos y las pruebas de soluciones para clientes
  • Traducir el diseño del modelo técnico en elegantes modelos multi-dimensionales de Anaplan basados en las mejores prácticas
  • Apoyar la integración y migración de datos
  • Desarrollar documentación de procesos y modelos
  • Liderar pruebas de usuario, formación e implementación
  • Resolver independientemente problemas técnicos a través de análisis, depuración, investigación e indagación

Mantener una buena relación laboral con los clientes y trabajar eficazmente con la dirección y el personal del cliente de todos los niveles para gestionar expectativas, garantizar la satisfacción y convertirte en un asesor comercial de confianza.

Fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes mediante la construcción, mantenimiento y utilización de redes de relaciones con los clientes y la implicación en la industria y la comunicación de nuestra proposición de valor.

Identificar proactivamente problemas en tu compromiso y comunicar las soluciones recomendadas a tu gerente de compromisos.

Las siguientes habilidades técnicas o calificaciones son necesarias:

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Cadena de Suministro, Sistemas de Información
  • Se requieren 2+ años de experiencia relevante en la implementación de una o más tecnologías de Planificación de la Cadena de Suministro o EPM
  • 1+ año de experiencia construyendo modelos con Anaplan
  • Certificado como Constructor de Modelos Anaplan o superior
  • Competente en modelado multidimensional y análisis de datos
  • Conocimiento práctico de las funciones de planificación empresarial en finanzas, cadena de suministro y comercial en una o más industrias
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, gestionar compromisos pequeños o partes de compromisos grandes
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación oral y escrita, incluyendo habilidades de presentación (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Habilidades sólidas de resolución de problemas y resolución de problemas con la capacidad de ejercer un juicio maduro
