We are seeking a Client Growth Director who is passionate about People and our mission, and enjoys developing empowering and meaningful client relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Close executive search leads, owning the sales cycle from finding the prospect to contract sign (execution of the search will be handled by our execution team-you will be responsible for finding new clients and partners).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the executive search and leadership advisory industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define sales objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales proposals and contracts to communicate our services' value proposition effectively.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track sales performance, forecast future revenue projections, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
  • Opportunity to receive uncapped commissions.

Who you are:

  • You have sales DNA. You've held roles in sales (preferably in the professional services arena) and have overachieved the goals that were set.
  • You are comfortable with metrics, as well as measuring yourself against them.
  • You have either previously worked in the executive search industry or are hungry to learn the business from top to bottom.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and display a confident and polished presence to attract new clientele.
  • You are curious and scrappy; you are naturally at ease in social environments and are passionate about driving purposeful and meaningful conversations with both existing and prospective clients.
  • You are steadfast and committed to driving the business forward by uncovering new relationships and are also comfortable with accountability for monthly sales metrics.
  • Above all, you are excited by the idea of working for a boutique firm and having a significant impact on its future growth.

The position is primarily remote, but we are ideally targeting a candidate local to south Florida, who will be able attend monthly on-site team meetings in Miami.
